Vikas Chandra Swarankar is the director of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology, Jaipur. Previously he was PG Resident, Dept. of Obst & Gynaecology, Mahatma Gandhi Hospital Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology.
He was Hospital Administrator & Member, Board of Management, MG University of Medical Sciences & Technology, Jaipur. He also worked as the Assistant Professor & Laparoscopic Surgeon, Dept. of General Surgery, Mahatma Gandhi Hospital Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology, Jaipur.
He is the founder director of Jaipur Fertility Centre (now an urban satellite centre, a Unit of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology, Jaipur) which is the first centre of Rajasthan & North India to have successful IVF programme and delivered more than ten thousand babies to infertile couples in the last two decades.
He has earned Master of Surgery (Obst. & Gynae.) and Master of Surgery (General Surgery) Gold Medal & 1st Position Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology, Jaipur.
He has done FICRS - Fellowship of International College of Robotic Surgeons and F.MAS - Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery, World Laparoscopy Hospital, New Delhi, India.
